All the staff were so polite and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were modern and clean, the facilities were high quality and designed for utmost comfort. I even had a dead car battery which was fixed by the handyman of the hotel, the hotel staff was so caring which I can thank enough!. All the ski lifts are right outside the hotel as well as shops and Restaurants. It was a memorable perfect stay for our family.
The food choices for kids are very limited. The breakfast the same everyday. We went put to nearby restaurants most of the days, they were good so we were okay.

We’ve just stayed at Ciasa Soleil and it was fantastic. As our youngest, Max, put it: “It’s not good, it’s great!”
The pool and play area were a huge bonus and kept the kids happy, while the hotel itself exceeded our expectations. The photos honestly don’t do it justice.
We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve already booked again for next year – can’t wait to come back!

Nasz pierwszy pokój znajdował się poza hotelem, o czym dowiedzieliśmy się dopiero na miejscu. Następnego dnia dostaliśmy pokój w hotelu, był jednak o połowę mniejszy. Nie dostaliśmy niestety rekompensaty za tą niedogodność. Tłumaczenie, że hotel i booking to dwie inne firmy nie jest ok. Standard pokoju nie odpowiadał kwocie jaką zaplacilismy.

The hotel as a whole—and the room in particular—are beautifully designed and tastefully decorated. It’s not ski-in/ski-out, but almost, and that was more than good enough for us.
The breakfast was excellent, with stunning views. The staff were very kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. There’s also a lovely bar with an outstanding sound system.
The spa was clean, well maintained, and an absolute treat after a day of skiing
The only downside for us was the mattress.
It had a bit of a hammock-like feel. The staff tried to improve it by adding a topper and flipping the mattress, which we appreciated, but unfortunately it still wasn’t very comfortable for us.
