The location is very convenient, close to both the mall and the train station. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back again.
The breakfast could be improved by offering more variety and options. It would also be helpful to provide bathroom slippers for guests to make their stay more comfortable.

Really comfortable stay with excellent communication from the owner throughout. The location was really ideal for our quick turnaround at the airport.

Modern,tastefully decorated apartment.Though described as suite it was actually a studio with the fridge in room-it's clicking did not bother me.Had an induction hob but no kettle or microwave and the coffee machine did not produce water hot enough for cup of tea.Few kitchen utensils apart from pans.Free breakfast was small container of corn flakes,not replenished,with sweet treats and only enough milk for 1 day but water bottles,aperitivo welcomed on arrival .Very quiet at night.Perfect location for station and shopping centre with fast food joints and large supermarket.Excellent value base for airport,Rome

It's the accommodation you choose when you need to be nearby the airport, but aren't rich enough and desperate. The host is pretty chill and helpful. Well, and you have all basic amenities. It ain't too gross. Plus there's free parking (I believe).
Public transport is overpriced and unreliable. You cannot go places fast and comfortable. You'll better need to get a car. The mall next to the building is aside from the supermarket not worth anybody's time. The neighborhood is run down and a little dirty. The inside of the building gives you New York City vibes - the ones from the poor neighbourhoods. It's a little confusing to open the buildings door and your room's door. In order to open the doors you need access with your smartphone on an app. The AC works, but isn't as good as other AC's I had during my stay in different accommodations in Italy. Don't buy the water from the mini fridge, go to the supermarket and get a big bottle for cheap.
