Das Hotel ist klein, aber fein ( wie man so schön sagt). Wir mögen nicht so überlaufene Hotels und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Haben es für die Durchreise in die Toskana genutzt. Das Personal ist super nett und der Chec kocht am Abend selber, es hat fantastisch geschmeckt. Die Zimmer sind wirklich außergewöhnlich sauber. Es war schön unser 2. Aufenthalt da. Danke für alles 👋

The staff was very accomodating, friendly, and helpful, and was ready to help us at all times. The room was fairly sized and comfortable for the price and with great views over the city as well as great attention to detail (included toiletries, kettle, etc.)

The parking fee was not disclosed in advance, but it was only 4€ per day so also nothing too dramatically negative, would just have been nice to know. You will likely need a car if you want to make it to the slopes comfortably, but this is also expected. Otherwise there is a bus line servicing the area but we didn't try it out.

Very nice staff, great location, comfy rooms with a great view of the city and the mountain, close to great hiking routes.

The hosts at this hotel are really very nice. They also speak excellent English, which was helpful for us. The room was comfortable with good walk in shower. The breakfasts were very good too. From our registration information they had spotted it was my birthday on our last day so surprised us with a glass of sparkling wine to celebrate (non alcoholic since it was breakfast-time). That was a lovely thing to do. The local guest card they gave us was useful and the host explained the quirks of using it to travel on buses as you are on the edge of its range. We were able to use it for buses and the train. You are a short bus ride from a cable car station. Wörgl has a good Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings.

The Austrian pillow style is very different from the UK and we found them very uncomfortable, here and elsewhere in Austria. They are one big square pillow filled with foam pieces it seems, so tend to be lumpy. The bed linen in the heat of the summer would be better if it were cotton, not synthetic or flanellette (not sure what we had). The one thing none of the other reviewers has mentioned which we were surprised about, was the road noise. The accommodation is perched above the main road and the noise from the vehicles is constant and probably particularly noisy as it is also a hill so large vehicles were pulling up the hill. The road was quiet at night so we slept ok, but otherwise it was intrusive.
