Stayed in the room with balcony which was nice to chill out in the evening. Nice view of the square. Restaurants in walking distance.
Room and bathroom were quite small. Had to prebook time for breakfast as reception area where breakfast was served was very small.

Excellent location, very nice obliging ladies in charge
Beds are not very comfortable, noisy springs and soft bed. Fridge is noisy too, as well as air con unit.

The breakfast was delicious. The location was amazing, as expected from the map, but really right in the heart of the old district. This made eating out in the evening feel very safe. The staff were exceptionally helpful, it was a great stay. They organised taxis for us, enabled is to check in when we arrived unexpectedly early etc.
We had an issue with our air conditioning unit leaking but staff did all they could to help with the water and we did not have to turn it off.

I had different rooms on 2 stays First room was small and smelly second room was larger and bathroom was better clean, in the heart of the historical city amazing staff
Very noisy, guests arrive in the middle of the night, small bed, first room had a uncomfortable bathroom
