The location
It is too close to the jump rabbit where they play music until midnight
So during the day is not possible to stay in the room without earplugs
Furthermore the villa roof was not sealed properly which make the air conditioner not so effective and mosquito to enter

Staff, resort layout, food, location to beach across the road.
Business next door “Jump Rabbit” loud doof doof music from lunch time to 10pm. Just too much.

Only the location
Towels were shabby, rough and not changed every day. We asked twice during our stay and towels wasn’t provided. The room was big but looked dark and dingy. The AC unit in 405 & 406 was placed in such a way that the room cooling was impossible and the amount of mosquitoes it had was unbearable. Every door had a gap and so it impossible to stop mosquitoes from coming in. Food was extremely mediocre and the live station chef ( egg station) was always in a bad mood, not approachable. Rest of the staff was good and helpful. Location was very good for sunset view and foam party activities.
