Location was great! Kitchen and laundry were very convenient.
Dishwasher had some sort of clog. We had one fob to get to the beach for five people. Room was set up for four and not 5 (not enough towels, etc.). Had to vacate the property for a day even though we are paying thousands to stay. Staff was very responsive to concerns however.

The location was perfect. Close to both Ocean Villa pools. Parking spot was close to the Villa. A short walk to the Wyndham Resorts restaurants and casino. Close proximity to the Rainforest, Luquillo and Fajardo, and an easy drive from the San Juan airport. Villa was beautifully remodeled including new appliances.
Would like to have had a safe in the Villa, and there were a few minor repairs that could be made but which didn't impact our stay. We were a little disappointed in the beach at Rio Grande compared to other Carribean locations that we've been to.

the balcony and the location were perfect! great to have a kitchen and a washer/dryer. the view of the ocean and moon rise was fantastic. a very short walk to pools and the beach.

The property was beautiful! Easy access to beach , pools well maintained! But what I love most that it was close to everything I wanted to do from
Zip lining to horseback riding ! I had a great time .
Not that I didn’t like but some of the furniture needs to be upgraded
