The room itself was mostly nice. TV had Youtube and WLAN was working most of the times, air condition was good but a little smelly
The biggest construction site of Anjuna is directly on the neighbour property with work in full progress starting early morning to evening.
When I arrived the boy working the reception showed me the room. He let me carry a big bulky suitcase, backpack and sport bag together weighting 33 kg up the stairs all alone without offering any help.
Leaky toilet never got fixed.
There are many stray dogs living around the area. One directly in front of my room door on my floormat. One of them starts barking and all others jump in. Barking wakes you up every hour all night long.

Well located, spacious room and bathroom, nice balcony, chill neighbourhood. Staff very kind and helpful.
The bad sheets were a bit too small for a tall guy like me and the mattress was not the most comfortable, but nothing too anoying.
