We stayed at this place a bit over a week and enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
The are few points for improvement.
The room is indeed noisy, due to bathroom window is not cover or close with solid glass panel, it is only cover with a net (I guess for ventilation purpose). But this issue is only for the rooms located on the building located close to the main road. The bungalows won't have this problem, since they located far from the road.
The beach front was only partly cleaned. They clean half the beach front and not all the way to the water. So some debris from the sea still can be found.
The resort next door cleaned the beach front all the way to the water, hence it looks cleaner and make the beach front of The Scenery Resort dirty!

Great location right by the sea. However, the room we stayed in was not front sea, which wasn’t clear from the photos, and the quality of the room was also quite basic compared to what was shown online. That said, it was decent for the price, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Scenery beach was fine, had air conditioning and comfy beds. However, location is not ideal, you need to hire a bike, barely anything is in walking distance. Shuttle service is available but you are charged each travel, quite expensive. Staff friendly.
