The location of apartment is perfect, it is right on the sandy beach with both shallow water and deep water as well. In short distance there are many restaurants, you are in center of the island, so everything is close.
Vacuum cleaner was not in common equipment in the apartmant, but I believe, if we ask for it, we can get it :)

The location to the beach was excellent. Only a house was in front of us. Close to everything around Preko.
I really mind walking, but when you have luggage, it is like a 25 minute walk to the ferry.
