I have spent a week in the house of Ivo and his wife. Ivo offered us to pick us up at the ferry port, that was nice. They are a calm couple and ready to help with anything. I liked the location of the house, it was quiet and close to the restaurants, beaches, supermarkets. There is a bus stop directly in front of the garden, so you can easily get on the bus and visit the neigbouring towns. The ruin of the fortress of St. Michael is not far away, so you can plan a hike even doable with children when you take a few breaks, I did it with my 6-year-old. I would also recommend to take a ferry to the Ošljak island, you can hike all around it and take a dip in the sea when you feel like it, we did it and it was very nice, there is an old mill and a couple of spots where you can enjoy the peacefullness on one of the smallest inhibited islands of Croatia.

The apartment is very clean and functional with all needed utilities for the stay.
The house has a fantastic sea view with external spots to enjoy and is surrounded by a beautiful garden. It is 5 minutes walk to the downtown and the port of Preko.
Very welcoming host, they came to pick us up on our arrival, recommended places around and offered some traditional sweets and drinks.

Really nice location. 5 minutes to the beach. 5 minutes to the supermarket. nice view. beautiful garden. friendly and polite houseowners. Would visit it again.
