I celebrated my 81st birthday while there. I was traveling with my 75 year old female cousin. We both felt very at home in the comfortable furnishings. Because of our age related disabilities, the fact that there is NO step up, either from the garage or the front porch to make entry was a great bonus. We had plenty of room to move around without running into each other, but we were still close enough to stay connected. Thank you for providing such a comfortable place for us to spend a few days away from homes and our Winter Cabin Fever. If our ages and disabilities allow us to come back to the Smokies in the future, we will definitely book with you again. The facility and the price was perfect for our stay.

Everything was as advertised and excellent. The ONLY thing I could remotely complain about was low water pressure in large stone shower. Thanks for everything.

We had a few questions and attempted to email and call our designated rep but did not receive a response. Luckily, it was minor things and did not affect our stay. The cottage was as described.
