Localização, estacionamento coberto incluso e área externa do flat é muito boa.
Colchão de casal velho e desconfortável. Partes de colchão está afundada demais. Colchão da cama de baixo das crianças praticamente desmanchou . Muito ruim. Chuveiro demora a aquecer.

A localização é ótima, porém o acesso ao apartamento é complicado com portaria meio lerda, escadas e corredores. O flat não oferece fogão, poderia ter ao menos um cooktop elétrico, só tem um microondas, banheiro meio velho, poderia fazer uma pequena reforma, colchão da bi-cama duro igual a uma tábua (horrível). Colcão da cama de casal bom, resumindo: para um casal dá para encarar, mas se tiver mais pessoas, vão sofrer para dormir.
O frigobar tá velho e inferrujado, poderiam colocar uma geladeira. Precisam trocar a bi-cama ela é horrível de dura, banheiro poderia ter uma pequena reforma tá velhinho. poderia colocar um cooktop elétrico para poder fazer refeições.
