The property welcomes you with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, as well as a barbecue grill and covered terrace for your leisure. Your pet is welcome on the property.

- For adventure lovers, the region offers incredible trails, such as the one leading to the famous Toca Waterfall, one of the best spots for a refreshing swim in the middle of the Atlantic Forest. Restaurants, markets and shops are also just a few minutes away, guaranteeing convenience and practicality
