Gazda primitoare, oameni cu mult bun simt si foarte amabili, locatia are un farmec aparte. Pentru turistii sositi cu masina e bine de stiut ca sunt cel putin doua parcari private, (cea mai mare in curtea unei scoli) la doar cateva minute de mers pe jos.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδεώδης. Στην καρδιά της παλαιάς πόλης σε μιά γειτονιά με πρώην βιομηχανικά κτήρια εκ των οποίων τα περισσότερα έχουν μετατραπεί σε ξενώνες ή εστιατόρια διατηρώντας όμως τον παλαιό οικοδομικό σκελετό, πολύ κοντά τόσο στον εμπορικό δρόμο Barbaros sokak οσο και στον παραλιακό που αποτελεί την βασική οδική αρτηρία. Πολύ καλό για κάποιον που θέλει να περιηγηθεί ανάμεσα στα σπίτια και τα δημόσια κτήρια του 19ου και των αρχών του 20ου αιώνα σχεδόν αμιγώς ελληνικής κατασκευής αλλά και για κάποιον που θέλει να είναι κοντά σε συγκοινωνία.
Δεν έχουν όλα τα δωμάτια τον ίδιο βαθμό ιδιωτικότητας καθώς έχει προσαρμοσθεί η προϋπάρχουσα οικοδομή με τις ανάγκες του ξενοδοχείου. Ωστόσο όλα φαίνονται φροντισμένα και εξοπλισμένα με γούστο.
