Beautiful family owned hotel in the centre of the city nearby the coast and the restaurants.During the day you can take a boat trip just across the road from the hotel. Breakfast is tasty.The owners are polite and they will help you with all your needs and questions. Parking is just 20 metres away payable. All the best to mr.Mentes and the rest of the staff. The place looks excellent, it's comfortable, placed in the historical center and the host is very nice and helpful. One of the best places I have stayed in!

Difficult to get to by car. The streets are very narrow. It's best to leave the car in the first "otocar" parking that you see and then walk.

Fantastic stay, will definitely be back

This is a fantastic hotel and they definitely made us feel like home. Everyone was so friendly. Great location. Walking distance from anywhere you may want to visit in Ayvalik. Breakfast was great and the bed was so comfortable. WiFi worked seamlessly. We recommend this hotel to everyone. We will be back for sure.

A hidden gem, nice building decorated with a very good taste. Lovely inner courtyard where you can have a tasteful breakfast. Close to the sea, shops and restaurants. Last but not least, beautiful people. Selamlar Romanya'dan!

Awesome

The staff was amazing! He tried to support us with any inquire, also supported me to rent a car. The room was located in front of a little cozy garden which is also used to serve breakfast (when the weather allows it). I highly recommend the stay!

Only a little recommendations to add few wall hangers for the towels in the bathroom. Beside that all was perfect!

We only spent one night at Gizemli Konak Apartment but we made an amazing experience here. Special thanks to Enver and the team for their great hospitality. You will definitely have good conversations with them. It almost felt like we knew each other for years. The accommodation has a charming atmosphere and you can totally feel how much attention to detail they put everywhere. We are looking forward seeing how they turn their great ideas into opportunities for the future. The charming room itself was not huge but you can find everything that you need. We would definitely come back and we can recommend the accommodation to everyone who wants to live in the heart of Ayvalik and staying in a place with real character and delicious breakfast. Perfect

The owner and his family were the perfect hosts. They made us feel so welcome and gave us such great advices about what to see and where to eat. The room was cozy and beautifully decorated, the breakfast was plentiful and so tasty! This was one of the best accommodation we had in our entire trip to the Aegean Turkish coast!

Such a great place to stay! We enjoyed our days at this lovely place. The stuff, especially Evren, were so attentive,they helped us with every question we had. The breakfast is incredible good, fresh vegetables, eggs, Turkish food, fruits,a big variety. The room was very nice, air-conditioned, clean, comfortable. Hótelið er staðsett í gömlu þröngu hverfi með góðum veitingastöðum og skemmtilegum búðum. Beit á móti er bara sem bíður uppá lifandi tónlist og aðra menningarstarfsemi. Hóteleigandinn var mjög hjálplegur að ráðleggja góða veitingastaði og bílastæði þar sem keyra þurfti um mjög þröngar götur.

Σε κεντρικό σημείο μέσα στο ιστορικό κέντρο της πόλης. Είναι καλό να επιλέγεται ο παραλιακός δρόμος, που οδηγεί σε πάρκινγκ κοντά στο ξενοδοχείο, καθώς το ιστορικό κέντρο μπορεί να είναι κλειστό για τη διέλευση οχημάτων.

Herzlich willkommen mitten im schönsten Viertel von Ayvalik.

Das Hotel liegt im Altstadtzentrum Nähe am Meer. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick zum sehr schönen Innenhof. Das ganze Team kümmert sich fast familiär um unser Wohl. Das Frühstück ist äußerst reichhaltig, und das Angebot wechselt. Ob herzhaft oder süß, es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Trotz der zentralen Altstadtlage mit vielen gemütlichen Cafés und Restaurants um die Ecke ist es leise. Die Besitzer sagten, dass ab 23.00 Uhr keine Geräusche mehr vom Innenhof kommen würden. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war das eh kein Problem, weil der Innenhof eh ruhig war. Nur der Muezzinruf weckt einen kurz um etwas 5 Uhr morgens. Wir waren mittendrin und fühlten uns zu jeder Zeit herzlich willkommen.

Falls man mit dem PKW anreist: Die "Otoparks" in der Nähe sind etwas abenteuerlich.
