"We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa in Cyprus! Joseph, who manages the property was very helpful and always available if needed, yet completely respectful of our privacy throughout our stay.
Upon arrival, we were delighted to find a lovely welcome pack, which was a thoughtful touch. The villa itself is exceptionally well-maintained, spotless, it's fully equipped with everything you could need. All rooms are furnished to a high standard, providing a truly comfortable and luxurious retreat.
The amenities are excellent. A real bonus is the games room, complete with both a pool table and a full-size table-tennis table. The location offers direct access to a private beach with supplied sun loungers right on the doorstep. Although our stay was late in the year (November), so we didn't use the outdoor swimming pool, we made great use of the hot tub, which was the perfect way to relax at the end of each day. Highly recommended!"

The villa was perfect. A 2 minute walk away to a private beach with sun loungers at the ready. Pool cleaned twice a week and plenty of lovely restaurants nearby in Polis or Argaka. The house was fully equipped with everything you need.

Dobra lokalizacja, blisko plaża (kamienista), basen, kontakt z właścicielem, miejsca postojowe, większość pokoi dobrze urządzonych i wyposażonych.
Jedna sypialnia w piwnicy obok pomieszczenia z pompami do basenu, brak łazienki, hałas pomp i zapach wody basenowej. Niby w domu wszystko jest, ale goście sami muszą zadbać o papier toaletowy, worki na śmieci, tabletki do zmywarki i pralki.

Good facilities , location and being with family. 2 minute walk to beach. Short walk to the pier for some great swimming and diving. Joseph is very helpful and easy to communicate with.
