The view is unbelievable, rooms are big and clean, hotel have a super nice and modern design, staff is hyper friendly and guests with tattoos can enjoy public baths without any problem. Basically our favorite hotel! It was one of our best destinations for honeymoon, they prepared many surprises including handwritten messages, really sweet!! We were already twice and the staff remembered us ❤️

Stunning rooms with beautiful view of the mountain. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The food in the restaurant was outstanding. Lake Yamanaka was also beautiful at sunset.
