The view from our bed to Fuji San was incredible. The bed was so comfortable, the best bed of our 3 weeks travel!! The staff was supernice in helping us receiving and shipping our luggage and other questions. Excellent breakfast and dinner options. Sauna in room. We rented bikes at the facility and they gave a discount because we did not take the full day.
The value for money felt a bit off. 500€ per night, no breakfast included. But the room was so big, there where actually ‘booths’ where you could sit in. Why would you need that for 2 pax room. So we probably paid for that but it felt like a bit of waste of space and thus money. There is a bath outside but you can’t control the temperature of the water and the fence is so high you don’t have a view on the mountains.

Incredible views of Mt Fuji and the private sauna and tub were exceptionally nice. The staff is hands down some of the most attentive of any place I’ve stayed. My only complaint is we didn’t have more time here.
