管理者の方がとても親切で、近くの情報を教えてくださったり、ウッドデッキの電球が切れていると気づいたら直ぐに取り換えてくださったり、バーベキューの火のつき具合を確認に来てくださったり、お部屋も綺麗に掃除されていて、バスタオルやタオル、歯ブラシも人数の2日分用意してくださっていて、本当に快適でした。

徒歩で湖へもレストランやカフェ、居酒屋へも行けてとても便利です。施設の方から教わった近くのパン屋さんは、とても美味しく連日通いました！
コンロが一つなので4人家族での自炊は難しかったです。せっかく山梨県なのでワイングラスがあると更に良いと思いました。
夜中、エアコンの音がガタガタと鳴り出してうるさかったです。

ロケーションが最高でした！
また従業員の方がとても気さくで親切でした。
ユニットバスの扉にカビが多くあり、またリビングの壁照明器具の中に虫の死骸がたくさんあった事が気になりました。
またキッチンは広いのですが、コンロが一つしかなく不便だったのが残念でした。

オーナーさんがとても親切だし、とても清潔でした。
大人4人、家族でお世話になりましたが広さも快適でした。防虫スプレーとかも用意されていてありがたかったです。
