I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of everything—with an amazing view that truly made the experience special. The staff were warm, attentive, and extremely helpful, and the food was excellent throughout my stay. This is not a paid promotion; it’s a genuine experience. The tents were well decorated as well as the pool area and gardens. They offered entertainment at night and a full buffet with pre-dinner snacks. Camel tides are included in the price
The location does not allow for an actual Desert experience, and the camel ride, although fun is through a dirty village to a few low dunes.

The property is beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. It was well maintained and offered great amenities such as a swimming pool, fountains, and more. The dinner and breakfast included in the package were delicious and of good quality. The cultural programs were entertaining, and we also took part in the experiences offered by the property, which were truly worth the money and made our stay very memorable.
The staff at the property were very rude, and the wait staff were arrogant and did not treat guests with respect. Dinner service was delayed, and no information was provided to us; we were kept waiting in an empty restaurant until the matter was escalated. Additionally, the owners did not allow drivers to use the toilets on the property, stating that the facilities were only for guests and not for drivers.
