Great place for knee surgery recovery - close to town and Rite-Aid. Backing out of driveway on the busy road is a little hair-raising but doable.

Our time at Susan’s home has been simply divine. So much so that we’ve extended our stay twice now!
The house has plenty of room, two downstairs bedrooms one with two beds and another with an en suite bathroom (which is beautiful). Upstairs there is a large master bedroom with the most amazing view of the bay. At night there’s nothing more amazing than falling asleep to the sound of the waves and wind. In the morning watching the sunrise makes the rest of your day.
Our favorite part of the house is the living/dining room area. The large windows give the feel of living in a painting that is constantly changing. The view is priceless. We love watching the swans go by and seeing the birds fish.
There is a large deck and two yards, plus your own private beach.
The house is tastefully furnished and has all of the cooking appliances you could need in the renovated kitchen.
We spent Christmas here and it was simply perfect.
I highly recommend this house, it’s close to Southampton and hampton bays with amazing restaurants in both locations. Susan is easy to get in contact with and goes the extra mile to accommodate your needs. We hope to come back next year!

Our family enjoyed an amazing six weeks vacation. With sublime views of Shinnecock Bay, we were awake each morning to watch the beautiful sunrise. The house has a lovely character and charm with fully equipped kitchen. We found the location perfect, with a private beach, 5 minute drive to Hampton Bays shops and easy access to explore the Hamptons, Montauk and North Fork. Susan was very responsive and helpful if we had any queries and the house was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed a magical stay and cannot wait to return for our next vacation.
