The home is designed with all modern conveniences and is located less than a 5 minute walk to Love Lane (Mattituck's charming downtown), Veteran's Beach (one of the best beaches in Northfork) and the Mattituck train station. Loved the house and the location. Walking distance to the beach and a few minutes from a bunch of vineyards. Would highly recommend this one to everyone!

It had a pleasent atmosphere, was very clean, was well located and had all the amenities we needed. The bedrooms were small but manageable. For those wanting a private fenced in yard, this met the bill. If you don't have a car, it is only 6 blocks from the Hampton Jitney stop and walking distance from town including Love Lane. It's about a 15 minute walk down a side walk on a quiet street to the public beach which has a life guard and playground.
