A true quality service I had is when an unexpected situation happened and I was grateful they handled me very well. Found me a comfortable staying and took care of me until I settled. I felt grateful that I chose them although i can’t make it to stay in their B&B this time. For sure, I would like to book with them again when I come back next time.

Es war alles vorhanden.

The location was ideal for what I was requiring was greeted by the owner and great communication on arrival.
Had to ask for towels on the first night as none on arrival, single bed very uncomfortable with lack of sleep, furniture definitely a bit outdated and unable to get any british tv channel (bbc news)
Last night no hot water for a shower, building work outside accommodation starting 7am in the morning.

المكان نظيف ومتكامل فيه الكثير من الادوات والاغراض التى من الممكن ان تحتاجها . قريب من المعرض 3 او 4 دقائق مشى . ايضا امامه بالضبط محطه القطار التى منها يمكنك ان تتجه الى اى مكان فالمدينه . فى بدايه الشارع الذى فيه السكن يوجد مخبز لاشخاص مصريين يمكنك تناول الافطار والقهوه او شراء المخبوزات
عرفتى كانت فى الدور الرابع ولا يوجد اسانسير بالاضافه الى ان الصوره الرئيسيه للاعلان لم ارها نهائيا . ايضا كان الاتفاق من خلال بوكينج على منزل بالكامل كل ما حصلت عليه هو غرفه فالدور الرابع
