A majestic regal time capsule. Magnificent staff. Kind warm, comfortable. An experience you cant get a chain hotel. I met the owner who shared the hotels history.

Phenomenal architecture, I felt like a goddess in a castle.
There’s nothing bad I can say for my stay in Hotek Rajastan. All positives and I will deff stay here next time I'm in Jaipur.

It seemed to be a nice hotel.
I got food poisoned in their restaurant. They served me old food. It was likely reheated several times. I choose a more expensive hotel just so I could be safe from this cheapness from the hotel.

The building is beautiful and located close to some wonderful restaurants
The rooms are quite basic, tired and cramped

Beautiful old mansion, with accessible location. Rooftop pool and 2 garden areas are marvellous! Food and service very nice as well. Would stay again.
It was a little too expensive.

The hotel is pretty, with a lovely roof top pool. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a fridge. the central courtyard is also a pretty place.
the breakfast was adequate.
location is good..a short rickshaw ride to the Pink City.
There is a very good restaurant next door…Townsend.
The water pump on the roof makes a humming sound every few seconds which echos down the stairwell and through the rooms. I had to be asked to change rooms from the second floor which was accommodated although begrudgingly it seemed…the staff immediately knew what the noise was and said it turns off at 10pm. it could still be heard in my room on the ground floor but was bearable. However, on my second night it sounded like a washing machine was being used, and I didn’t sleep well.
I stayed for two nights…my room wasn’t cleaned nor toilet roll/water replenished.

the staff was most helpful and the place was quiet and had a good location. there were few good restaurants nearby and the place looked like the pictures
we had experienced a bad smell in the room and bathroom. no matter how much room spray was used. we had talked to the staff multiple places.

staffs are really helpful and friendly
overpricing - I've stayed in other hotels in Jaipur/Agra which is less expensive but the rooms, breakfast and the services are much much better than this - breakfast was really poor, there was no hot water while i went there in winter/december and it was cold - blanket and sheet are very old...overall, this is an overpricing hotel, compared of what it offers! not worth the money! and the view of the swimming pool on the rooftop is not that great!

The property is well located near the city center. It's clean and well maintained with well behaved and congenial staff. Their breakfast spread is decent with a leaning towards Indian cuisine. The look of the property is very quaint and it looks like a heritage property but only superficially.
I felt the property is not value for money and they are charging 5-star rates for a property that is hovering between 3-3.5 star category. The heritage look is only superficial and that appears their main USP which they are over selling. Not value for money at all.

Breakfast was good, and the room and bathroom were extremely clean, shower had great water pressure. A nice rooftop as well.
There was building-work going on at the time, but there's not much they could do about that. One staff member repeatedly offered us his tour taxi service at breakfast which was annoying and unprofessional. The location wasn't fantastic. Window was courtyard-facing, so no natural light.
