Friendly staff, quick check-in. No problem leaving my bag after check-out for a couple of hours.
The whole hotel is wooden and is quite unique.
Good AC and lighting. Comfy beds.
Note you leave your shoes at the entrance (which is totally fine).

L’emplacement est idéal, la ruelle est charmante… le balcon à accès libre pour boire un café ou thé en self Service est très agréable.
La clim était bruyante, le ventilateur était bruyant….

The guesthouse is located in an alley very close to the night market, morning market, the Mekong river, and other attractions in Luang Prabang.
The staff doesn't seem to care about anything. They don't clean the rooms, they don't replace the towels (unless you specifically ask them). The front desk is unattended most of the time. Our room was next to their kitchen and it was a bit noisy especially early in the morning.
