The view is good. Also complimentary services( drink and snack) at Library cafe is great. Nice bed. Pillow is too soft for me but great for kids
Hotel itself does not have activity in winter . No laundromat. No onsen. No buffet for breakfast. Breakfast menu might not be for kids.

Beautiful location. Tranquility
The hallway is very long to walk to the room, and the hotspring facilities need to be traveled by bus, a little bit complicated but the service for there is good.

Everything was beautiful. The room and the view were very well done. Everything working there and the shuttles were flawless. The executive lounge was a treat.
A little out of the way, but the shuttle was very convenient.
