Very low water pressure in spa. Takes forever to fill, Initial trouble with spa operation. Didn’t know to switch it on in the cupboard, Tatty appearance everywhere although paperwork says that they’re going to be renovating, Room had a broken window, Small piece of floor tile missing that could be a tripping hazard,

Location was great for our plans
Very dated with a lot of issues evident with its lack of maintenance. Money needs to be spent on items that are visual to the customer eg. Mould in showers, handrails taped together, bogged holes etc
