We recommend this lovely place!

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The hosts were amazingly nice and helpful, they were creating a family-like atmosphere. The whole area is lovely arranged, with beautiful flowers, greens and fruits around you, a lot of different places to rest. You can have additionally home made breakfast, wine or rakija. Rooms, toilets and buildings are 10/10. We recommend it for peaceful holidays and a lovely experience!

Very convenient location, beautiful views, easy check in/out

Easy to get to, sufficient parking, beautiful views, wonderful hosts. Room was so well outfitted with options to purchase wine or Rakija (loved their local kiwi rakija), beer or snacks on the hotel patio available - so wonderful with our late arrival from the airport. Very easy drive from Dubrovnik.

Perfect place for a good value stay in a beautiful area.

Very friendly and helpful staff who spoke good English. Rooms cleaned and fresh towels provided regularly. Lovely pool with loungers and mattresses. Plenty of parking available. Good breakfast if you chose to have it. The rooms have everything you need. We had a lovely stay and would absolutely return.

Not really criticisms of the apartments, just some things to note... The nudist beach is opposite the apartments - each to their own but it does bring a certain meaning to the crack of dawn... The kitchen areas have pretty much no worktop space so best for simple meals and prep - they do have plenty of everything you need cutlery and crockery wise though. In the larger apartment with a seperate bedroom the A/C was only in the main area so the bedroom did get warm. It's about 15 mins walk to get to the start of the main strip of bars and restaurants and it's about 45 mins walk to the old town. The upside is it's quiet and easy to park, plus there is a pool. Take water shoes if you want to use the beach or steps into the bay as it's quite stoney in the area.

Great garden, nice pool, nice terrace with great shadow during hot summer day, equiped apartment with separate sleeping room, good wifi, friendly host helping to book taxi or order some deliveries. All in all, great place.

Nice stay outside of herceg novi.

It was extremely easy to check in to the apartment. There is a very pretty view and our apartment had everything we needed for our stay. We loved that there was a separate area for a small kitchen and table, because we were with our baby who went to sleep earlier than us.

The lack of wifi in the room pretty much ruined our stay,as we were counting on booking the continuation of our travels while staying at the hotel. The host told me that the wifi always goes in and out but honestly it never worked for me. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you are counting on having wifi. The apartment is super cheap and if you are looking for luxury, this isn’t it. But if you do want a good bang for your buck, go for it.

A clean apartment in a good location serving a good breakfast- it delivered what it promised.

The breakfast was excellent and the view from the balcony amazing. There were good handrails on all the steps and a ground level toilet. Many of the staff spoke English. The sunbeds had lovely soft cushions and as it was not busy my husband could put 2 on my bed so that I could get on and off. It was good that there were chairs on the beach under the vines so that you could sit and enjoy the view.

The steps to the pool were set very low and whilst it was a lovely pool I could not get out of it.

Owners are very helpful and friendly. Property is located a bit on the side of the village. There is an entry to the sea, but shallow for some distance. Courtyard with kiwis is great and you have to taste their homemade kiwi rakija! Also parking and pool were great.

Family run apartments in great location within walking distance to beach and restaurants. Cosy studio with amazing view from balcony. Parking place provided and chilled out swimming pool with access to sea. You are met with a friendly welcome drink of local spirit and coffee. A hearty breakfast was served in the morning under a canopy of kiwi fruit. Local wine on offer to buy for as little as €5. Lovely place and owners. I would definitely return and recommend to others. Thank you

The lady was very friendly and helpful. They even noticed that I was looking at their mandarin and kiwi trees and we got a bag full of mandarins to take home :) there were complementary bottles of wine and rakija :D the place has a beautiful view , it's comfortable and there's a quite a big pool as well :) highly recommended!
