Enjoyed the short stay in Val-Thorens, but the apartment could use some tender love and care.
The location and view are really great. From door to piste is a few minutes walk. Getting the keys was easy too. Obviously, Val-Thorens is such a great snowboarding / skiing area.
The apartment was very basic and likely cleaned in 10 mins. The wardrobes were full of blankets, pillows and cleaning stuff. No proper room for our stuff, which we dropped on floor and sofa (sleeping bed). Looked very outdated and worn out. Being there with my son and only sleeping there was OK, but would not invite my wife ;) Not even 1 roll of toilet paper paper was included, no hooks for towels in kitchen, wall outlets super hard to use due to -very hard to use- power strip. Teared tablecloth. Opening the window to balcony took a lot of muscle power as it was grinding on the rails etc.

The room 309 was exremely small. It is meant for 4 people but the maximum is 3 people for comfort, preferably 2.

Aufenthalt war durchaus ok , das Nachspiel jetzt ist extrem nervig und erbärmlich!!!
MIt dem Appartement war alles soweit ok.
Nach der Abreise wurden mir Fotos geschickt, dass wir das Appartement in unsauberem Zustand hinterlassen hätten, was absolut nicht zutrifft. auch die Fotos passen nicht wirklich. Beim check-out per Handy sollten wir Fotos hochladen über den Zustand der Wohnung, die ich bis dato nicht gemacht hatte und auch während des Procederes nicht mehr einfügen konnte. Nachträglich gemachte Fotosm stimmen nicht mit den Beschwerde-Fotos überein. Ich habe den Eindruck, das wir abgezockt werden sollen. Auf eine Nachricht/Beschwerde meinerseits erfolgte bislang keine Reaktion...
