Le charme ancien du gîte et le caractère authentique ! Le beau espace fleuri ! Le petit déjeuner est vraiment de qualité notamment ses jus de fruits. La vue sur la montagne est splendide et même sur l océan.. ce coin de l île est plus ensoleillé et nous avons pas souffert du fameux brouillard ! Discussion agréable egalement avec le propriétaire qui nous a fait visiter son jardin secret

La piscine était en maintenance lors de notre passage et nous n avons pas pu en profiter.. c est dommage car c était aussi sur cette base que j avais choisi ce gîte.. parking en dehors sur la route.. mais pas un problème au final..

Location, friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff. Place was just beautiful. Breakfast delicious. They got me gluten cereal just because I casually asked about the ingredients. I was not expecting that, such a thoughtful thing to do!

It’s an old property with history, from 1888. It’s a part of Rural Accomodation Association, so you get real experience. Hosts are very welcoming and helpful people, whatever you need they will try their best. House was great! If you like original furntiture and design, this is the place. But it’s still modern - you have fridge, microwave, washing machine, kettle etc. and warm water in the shower doesn’t end. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is in a beautiful pool area with everything you need for breakfast - stuff for sandwiches, local cheese and butter, bacon, cereal and fresh pressed juice. Pool area has a lot of beach chairs and there’s huge bathroom with showers to take a bath after swim (and also there are outside showers). There’s also a terrace from which you can see even better the ocean. On the property there’s also a vineyard and you can taste the wine if you are at a good time. It’s also nicely located to explore whole island and there was no problem to park outside the house.
