Staff were helpful and friendly

Unfortunately although the staff were very helpful the hotel was super hot. The rooms and bed linen. Stank of smoke, and every time the toilet flushed somewhere in the room and/or nearby a horrible sound was heard in our in our room. We appreciate it is only 2 star however sleep was limited. And rooms were two levels apart from each other

Nice travel motel for maybe one or two nights only. The staff were great especially the manager.

Cigarette smoke. People were hanging out there windows smoking which was not really allowed. Also it was hot there in the rooms and if I had my room open at night the smoke would drift in either from others leaning out the windows or from downstairs. This is a typical travel motel for truckers and people in transit. Also close to the motorway so lot's of traffic.

Right by a busy motorway, at 10pm Road works started on the dual carriageway with bright lights, heavy machines & chainsaws until 5am, could not open window because the noise was so loud & operating machines vibrated into the building. Very little sleep. Will not use IBIS again, they are a very negative budget hotel.

Breakfast was really poor... coffeemachine broke after first day. Never been repaired. 3 pieces of fruit available, mini croissant or pain au chocolat, not both. No real croissant.

Chambre confortable. Le petit déjeuner est bien et il y du choix. Le personnel est aimable. Pour la première fois pas de souci informatique à la réception et on peut vite s'installer dans la chambre. Internet rapide (mais pas sécurisé donc il ne faut pas l'utiliser si vus avez des trucs confidentiels à faire)

La douche est dans la baignoire. Quand on est plus agée il est plus difficile de rentrer et de sortir dans la baignoire pour pouvoir prendre sa douche
