Arif was an outstanding host—friendly, relaxed, and always ready to help with anything we needed. He made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel was comfortable, very clean, and offered excellent value for money. Private parking was a great advantage, and the location was convenient for exploring Shkodër. We highly recommend Arifi Hotel and would gladly stay there again.

Everything was nice and the staff very helpsome and kind.
Due to traffic we arrived very late. It was not a problem at all.
We got all information about Ishkodra and its history from very friendly Arif and Mirzad.
Hope to come and meet them again.
Unfortunately holidays are short.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were very impressed with the staff’s kindness and professionalism. When we arrived, there was a misunderstanding with our booking – the family room we booked was listed for 6 people, but it turned out to be smaller than expected.
The staff handled the situation perfectly. They kindly offered us a second room for only £90, and when we explained we were happy to stay together in one room, they allowed us to keep the other room free of charge. Their flexibility and helpfulness made our stay stress-free and enjoyable.
Thank you to the amazing team for going above and beyond – we really appreciate it! Highly recommended for anyone looking for friendly service and great hospitality.
