Location is perfect.

A great location, walk to downtown. Had everything I needed, would stay there again. And host is a nice guy, that's a bonus!

It was pretty easy to coordinate with the owner for check-in. We had more or less everything we needed, including a laundry machine with detergent. The shared fridge was organized so things wouldn't get mixed up. You'll find most things you need in the area, and downtown is not a long walk away. I actually really liked the residential neighborhood.

It was dirty. We had to thoroughly wash any plate or cup we wanted to use. Some of them were completely greasy or sticky. There were sticky spots on counter tops and tables, and that fluffy living room carpet really needs to go. The mattresses are ragged and nasty, but at least you can cover those up. Unfortunately, the pull-out couch doesn't have a fitted sheet that stays on, so we had to do our best with an undersized sheet that slid around. There's black mold developing in the shower. The space was otherwise small but functional. I consoled myself with "you get what you pay for", until my brother pointed out we could have stayed at the Radisson Blu for only about 25% more. This was the cheapest, decently rated, central option available, but not by much. If I had to choose again, I'd spend a little more to get a lot more.
