The entire place is super well taken care of, plenty of facilities which are very clean. Everything is thoughtful and with lots of love to details.

A very special place, it felt like I was living in a tent. Best of all is the kitchen and dinner area , I can cook my own food with other tourists and chat at dinner table
Little bit Far from old town , I need walk 25-30 minutes to reach the old town

It is a beautiful, well-kept property. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The location is decent, we were able to walk to the old town.
The staff is incompetent and the host is rude. Our experience was disappointing because of several interactions with the staff and host. First incident: Before arriving, we asked the host whether we could drop off our luggage early, and she confirmed that we could. When we arrived, a staff member greeted us and asked whether we had booked "camping or ..." (something in Estonian). We explained that we had reserved a room, not a campsite. After speaking with the host by phone, she showed us where to leave our luggage in the main building. About an hour later, we received a rather rude message from the host telling us to move our luggage asap. She claimed that we had confused the staff by saying we had booked an apartment, which we never said. We had to make an hour-long detour to return to the property. When we called the reception from the entrance, instead of being welcomed, the first thing we heard was, "Why did you say you booked an apartment?" The same staff member then took us to the wrong room, and we had to carry several heavy bags all the way there and then back to the correct room. Second incident: The host texted us to ask what time we would be leaving. We replied that we would leave at 3:30 and drop off the key. She responded by telling us rudely that leaving at 15:30 was not acceptable because check-out was before noon. We then had to clarify that 3:30 means morning while 15:30 means afternoon (in Europe it is a common practice to use miliary time). Before booking, we had noticed several reviews mentioning that the host was very strict about the rules and could come across as rude. We assumed this would not be an issue as long as we followed the house rules carefully. Unfortunately, our experience suggested otherwise. Although we believe we complied with all the rules, our interactions with the host felt unnecessarily confrontational and significantly detracted from what was otherwise an enjoyable visit to Tallinn.
