Home-made breakfast in the morning. Room had plenty of space, bathroom as well. There is a modest pool with some shade to cool down in.
The place focuses a bit on horse riding activities, but we did not do that.
We took a train to Firenze from the nearest town Sieci, that went well and offered free parking.
A/C in the room.
Room power was activated by putting the card key in a wall holder, but the mechanism was a bit flaky.
Low ceilings made me bump my head on a beam a few times.
The surrounding scenery was nice but it was way too hot to benefit from that in mid-summer.

Ok, so came in pretty tired from the trip. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. As soon as I entered felt like home. Went to their restaurant for dinner, amazing, delicious , home cooked meal also owned by family. Not pricy at all. Breakfast was delicious , the whole house was smelling like freshly baked lemon cake.
I would and probably go back there again.
Highly recommended. Excellent experience.

A beautiful villa set in the hills…peaceful and an excellent restaurant just across the road run by the owners.

The landscapes and view all around. The staff at the breakfast.
The hot water took up to 5 minutes to come after opening the tap, with considerable waste of water.
