Highly recommending this hidden gem

Such a beautiful spot! Breathtaking sunset views from the terrace where we ended up having a great dinner in the hotel restaurant. A peaceful breakfast took place on the same terrace — not super wide selection of food but everything was tasty. Really good pool with sunbeds. Surrounded by their own winery. The host was warm and extremely welcoming + we loved their huge, kid-friendly dog ❤️ would highly recommend this small hidden gem!

the only downsides were that at first our aircon wasn’t working and the room was super hot, but they fixed it immediately after I went down to the lobby to ask for help. 😊

Location

Host refused to let us use air conditioner, no shower and tub did not hold water. Hole in the bathroom with many spiders. Patio also infested with spiders. Bed was very poor quality.

An outstanding stay on a picturesque, serene, hilly vineyard filled with many birds

Fantastic location, very well maintained. We arrived a bit late but they made us a wonderful dinner. The Lapone rosso was just right.

This is a family friendly agriturismo tucked into the beautiful Umbrian countryside, a truly lovely place to get away.

Beautiful location and very peaceful. We ate at the restaurant both nights and the food was fabulous.

Everything, food is one of the best I tried in italy it was very warm and fresh! The people are warm and welcoming as if you are visiting a family you know a long time ago and the place is facilitated for family friendly setting with games for kids and TV and a cosy fireplace, it is veryyyy warm inside the house so never worry of the cold, the view from our room was spectacular and would definitely visit again for this quiet amazing scenery 💜💜💜 absolutely a must visit!

Everything was GREAT, maybe I would recommend to have a car for this place as its on top of a hill and inside a village so you better have a car and preferably a 4x4 if you wanna go further in the mountain or if you got lost like us xD

Stunning views. Great staff. Very accommodating. Huge and intense thunderstorms made for dramatic ambience especially at night. Heavy rains ended drought for region.

Guests on second night stayed up until after 1:30 am talking very loudly in lounge below rooms. Hard to fall/stay asleep.

Amazing stay at beautiful location

We stayed 3 nights to visit around Umbria/Toscana. Highly recommend to have dinner at Lapone. We would like to come back again! Thank you!

Difficult to find the location. There was ca. 1-2km off road to reach the location. Communication in English was not easy but after all it was alright.

Best Farmstay

Paolo and Caterina’s farm-stay was the perfect break we needed. The farmhouse seems new with very clean and well appointed rooms. The country cuisine delicious and we were able to sample olive oil, tomatoes and apples grown on the property. We enjoyed it as a couple but clearly popular for families.

Beautiful, peaceful, and delicious place to relax, unwind, and explore nearby Orvieto from.

We only stayed one night before continuing on to Umbria but we really enjoyed our stay and wished we could have extended it. The grounds and the agriturismo are absolutely stunning, peaceful, and tranquil, and the hosts looked after us very well. We had dinner there and were served some of the best strangozzi al tartufo. I had contacted them ahead of time with some dietary requests (which they met graciously) and everything was delicious! We look forward to returning.

We would recommend this place to anyone wishing to stay in a quite vineyard.

The location was absolutely perfect, the check in and out process with Jole was a breeze. Dinner was incredible and over the top delicious, our complements to the chef. The Chardonnay was amazing and hopefully we can order and a case shipped to us. The dogs made us feel like we were at home as we miss our puppy.

Maybe a few more signs pointing out that you were on the right path to the facility as it was off the beaten path…..that is a good thing being secluded!
