Friendly staff, nice balcony outside the room, nice to have a little couch in the room, lots of storage.

There is a large four storey building in a state of disrepair right next door which isn't the nicest view especially by the pool! Some of the pool loungers had holes in the weave, the liners need replacing and the metal ladder to get into the pool needs to be attached properly, it was wobbly. My room felt 'tired' and definitely needs more power points, the shower is over the bath, that's not a problem for me, but the water pressure wasn't good and there is no shower curtain so I nearly slipped and fell when I got out because there was water on the floor. One of the sliding doors on the wardrobe is broken and the toothbrush cup wasn't clean, it had remnants of someone else's dried up toothpaste and water! While I don't expect shampoo/conditioner, anywhere else I have stayed in Bali has had hand soap, there was none. The stairs to my room are not standard size, they are higher than normal and as I had a sore foot I could only walk up and down the stairs one by one, so not really suited for someone with mobility issues unless they have a ground floor room. It appears that parts of the accommodation are under construction (the workers are quiet though and it is not really an inconvenience) so maybe the accommodation is slowly being upgraded. I don't normally leave such long comments but I feel that the owners might want to know.
