The master bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom has a queen and day bed, and the living room has a queen sofa sleeper. The spacious master bathroom features a double vanity area with a spa bath and a walk-in shower as well as access to two double closets. The guest bathroom has a full bath, and the entry area has a half bath. Both bedrooms and the living area offer a beautiful bay view with balcony accessibility.
The panoramic views with floor to ceiling windows offer beautiful Santa Rosa Sound and island views. The fireworks displays are spectacular from the balcony as well as watching boats pass by. The private, spacious balcony is equipped with an electric grill to enjoy a nice cook out with family and friends.
The condo is equipped with the conveniences of a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, appliances and small wares, a laundry area with a washer/dryer, all bedding and linens, a work space table with chairs and more features. We enjoyed our stay! Would rent again! It is a little walk to the beach, we should have brought our beach cart to help with carrying children and beach toys.

The effort spent to decorate this unit was much appreciated. The Portofino is an excellent resort, but without the charm of this condo, it would not have been as enjoyable. It is important to note that you do have to bring or buy such things as beach towels, etc with you, and should communicate whether the couch bed will be used (no sheets for it were available). The view of the bay side is nice as this allows you to see the sailboats and wave runners, but if the gulf view is important, you should ask before you book at the Portofino. The entire group on this trip agreed that the bay view was very nice, and we would book this unit again.
