The location of the hotel is perfect to enjoy the cute town and to easily go to ski by car or by bus.
The hotel is very old school, but has everything you need. Most of the staff was nice and helpful. We just had a bad experience with few of them and the "spa" (which is more a family pool with a sauna). We have been told at the reception to book the entrance with the app and then we found out at the entrance that it was not needed and we could go anytime (without rushing back from skiing to respect our time slot). We have also been told at the reception to rent a towel for 3 euros and when we asked for two towels we got bath ropes and we didn't question it. Just at the check out we were informed it was 8 euros for the bath rope. It's not about 5 euros difference, but the unclear information they give to their guests and the way they ask you for more money without you knowing why! They should have better dialogue between the staff and mind about giving exhaustive (and same) information to their customers.
Breakfast was nice, but the coffee machine is quite outdated with terrible coffee.
