Nos gustó mucho este hotel. Era como un palacio con naturaleza en un entorno tranquilo. Nuestra habitación era muy amplia. Los personales eran muy amables. Nos dejaron probar las cervezas de la zona.
La habitación no tenía aire acondicionado, pero la verdad es que no nos importó.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Blisko Karpacza, jak ktoś szuka spokoju to bardzo dobre miejsce. Widok na Śnieżkę ze stolików na dziedzińcu - można spokojnie degustować wyśmienite piwo. Jedzenie w restauracji bardzo dobre. Śniadanie ok. Bardzo miła obsługa.

Sehr nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal, das sogar gut Deutsch spricht, toller Blick auf die Schneekoppe, ruhige Lage, aber dennoch nah an Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und kurze Wege nach Karpacz und Jelenia Gora.
Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber insgesamt ein sehr charmantes Hotel.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereiten Personal. Lage und Ambiente, Frühstücksbuffet.
Mir waren die Betten zu weich und vor allem die Gardinen so durchscheinend, dass sich das Zimmer nicht verdunkeln ließ. Im Juni heißt das, dass es ab halb fünf hell ist im Zimmer.
