Bardzo dobre położenie, przemiły personel oraz cudowna właścicielka. Czuliśmy się tam tak, jakbyśmy odwiedzili najbliższą rodzinę. Wyjątkowym atutem jest kilka stolików przed wejściem, z których można w nieskończoność patrzeć na Śnieżkę, pijąc piwo Spiż (w kilku odmianach). W tym samym czasie personel oraz pani Aleksandra z troską dopytują, czy nie jest nam zimno i proponują kocyk... a nawet dwa!

Cudowne miejsce, pałacyk ma swój urok i klimat, do tego piękny park. Pokoje czyste i przestronne, z bardzo wygodnymi materacami. Śniadania bardzo smaczne, pani cały czas czuwała, żeby niczego nie zabrakło. Rewelacyjne piwo i jedzenie w restauracji, no i to co najważniejsze czyli panie pracujące na recepcji i restauracji, uśmiechnięte z ogromnym poczuciem humoru. Powinny dostać podwyżkę, aż chce się wracać do takich ludzi, bo to Oni tworzą klimat hotelu. Szczególne podziękowania, dla Pani, dzięki której syn miał super urodziny;) Serdecznie polecamy i z chęcią wrócimy.

Śniadanie w formie szwedzkiego stołu bardzo urozmaicone, świeże, serwowane przy spokojnej muzyce, duży wygodny parking, pokój wygodny, ciekawy wystrój korytarzy, wokół zadbany teren zielony, w pobliżu przystanek autobusowy, Żabka, bardzo pomocny, miły personel, 5 minut drogi samochodem do Karpacza.
Słabe oświetlenie górne w pokoju.
