Great location and comfortable room

Breakfast could be better

A good friendly service in the B&B. Room was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was provided by the cafe next door but gave a good choice that you could add to if desired.

The lack of a kettle in the room meant no hot drink first thing in the morning. There were cups and glasses as well knives and forks - even a bottle opener - but alas no kettle.

Location was good. Plenty of dining nearby. Good communication from host with detailed info about check in process.

Breakfast wasn’t much. Coffee was not hot and juice had not been refrigerated at all. The hotel was fine. Naples doesn’t have much going for it. I wouldn’t recommend it as a place to visit.

The location was very central to many attractions in Napoli. The staff was very friendly.

The listing indicated MANY amenities that were not present on arrival. No coffee or tea maker, no electric kettle, no bath robe, no iron or ironing board. There was a "kitchenette" which consisted of a 2 burner oddly tucked into a table top but not a single pot/pan or cooking utensil to do anything with it. No one flies to Italy with cookware. The shower head was a handheld with a holder that didn't hold it in place. It was only about 5' off the ground to begin with, so you couldn't get your entire body under it without holding it and if you didn't hold it, it would flop forward and spray the back wall, proving you no water or it would flop backward into the wall and spray you right in the face. The bed was like a boulder- so hard. There are people coming and going from 10p- 2a every night and they wake you up every time because you can hear everything on the entire floor through your door. I would not stay here again.
