Location was great. Staff friendly. Room very comfortable and clean.
I would have liked the towels changed earlier and maybe more often (I don't expect every day). The sun umbrella over the sunbed I was lying on didn't work.

High location in Ferragudo with beautiful views, friendly and very helpful staff, parking most of the time available. Price downgraded when staying (winter) months.

No washing machine in the apartment. Sports area could be more pleasant, little outdated. Pool unheated; be aware that there are a lot of steps to recon with (we had a 3-story apartment)! No sun at all on the balconies, maybe later in the year there is?

The facility is really clean and the apartment was well stocked with relevant appliances. The wi-fi worked well as did the air conditioning. The views from the pool are wonderful and the pool itself was good.
We were aware when booking that we did not have much of an outlook from the apartment we were staying in. However, access to the pool area is not quite as simple as stated and there are not enough loungers at the pool area to satisfy the number of guests.
