Unique of its kind and located in the picturesque village of Ferragudo a few minutes from the beach and the city of Portimão, CASA LIMA is a home full of charm and luxury at the highest level. Decorated with unparalleled refinement, the house has a quite privileged location, as it is in the highest part of FERRAGUDO with a view of the Arade River and Portimão marina with all its glamour. Book as soon as possible because this property is highly sought after.
The space:
2-story house with lots of light and large rooftop and terrace with stunning views of the village of Ferragudo and the Arade River, the property is equipped with air conditioning and heated floor. The property has 3 large bedrooms (one is suite) with queen size beds (160x200), 2 bathrooms with an Italian shower and one toilet. Modern and fully equipped American kitchen that includes washing machine and a dryer. Smart TV, WI-FI Internet, 1 rooftop with a small but cosy pool (1,5x1,5m) and one terrace equipped with outdoor furniture including a great WEBER BBQ (electric), Delta Q coffee machine. These are some of the facilities that this unique home has to offer to offer to its guests. Private garage for 1 car with direct access to the property. The maximum number of occupants allowed in any reservation is 6 adults.

Guests have exclusive access to the property. The accommodation is not suitable for meetings or parties of any kind. Rules of the house must always be respected.

We loved our Stay in Ferragudo. This house was amazing with the patios and small pool. The views were spectacular with beautiful sunsets. Jacky was great at welcoming us and giving us suggestions for activities and restaurants. The place was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We would go back without hesitation.
