The staff are good and work professionally.

Although the staff were friendly and helpful, there were several issues during our stay: The landline phone in the room was not working, so it was not possible to contact the restaurant, reception, or other departments directly. Even after requesting maintenance, no one came to fix the issues. The TV was not working throughout our stay. The campfire was not arranged, even though there was very little rain and the weather was suitable. These issues affected our overall experience and should be addressed to improve guest satisfaction.
