Personale molto gentile e accogliente, colazione con ampia scelta e la cena davvero molto buona, camera molto bella.in stile montano ma modernizzata e pulita, bella anche la zona relax e spa. Molto apprezzata anche la Jocker card consegnata al nostro arrivo che propone diversi servizi come funivie, trasporti, biglietti per musei completamente gratuiti.
La piscina è molto carina, avevo letto che era riscaldata tutto l'anno ma arrivata sul posto ho letto che in estate la temperatura è di 27-30 gradi, mentre in inverno 32 gradi, premetto che ho soggiornato ad Agosto con giornate di 19 gradi ma
l'acqua risultava particolarmente fredda e dunque non non sono mai riuscita a usuifrire della piscina. Anche d'inverno 32 gradi sono pochi, per cui non aspettatavi acqua termale a 40 gradi.

Hotel in posizione strategica, con vista sulle montagne. Colazione fantastica. Personale e proprieta’ molto cortesi, e accoglienti per tutto il soggiorno.

Frühstück und Abendessen waren gut und reichlich. Unser Zimmer war ausreichend groß und hatte einen schönen Balkon. Ausnahmslos alle Hotel-Mitarbeiter waren ausgesprochen freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.
Der Pool war okay. Die 5 Innenliegen fanden wir nicht so bequem, aber das kann natürlich auch an uns gelegen haben. Außen waren dann noch 3 Liegen, die uns besser gefallen haben. Insgesamt fanden wir die Quantität der Liegen sehr beschränkt, da hätten wir uns mehr gewünscht.
