The pool and dinning area were great and the bed was very comfortable and rooms clean and tidy
There was an issue with checking in where I was charged the IVA when I shouldn’t have been but I was only offered a refund in cash dollars. We also booked an airport transfer through the hotel which didn’t turn up making us late for our flight. The staff didn’t seem overly helpful and recommended places with low rating or services that couldn’t accommodate us. The hotel feels quite tired and could do with a refurb.

The location is good. Everything is around. Friendly staff.
Chlorine smell of towels. Unpleasant. Not proving a bottle of water is sad.
