Hotel Premiere Pool & Resort

- kind and helpful staff - pool - amazing pizzeria just round the corner

We chose this hotel because of its location. The Napoli airport is a 35-minute drive. Although the weather was still warm at the end of October. The hot season was over, so all bars and cafes near the sea were closed, and there was no way to access the seaside. Other ways the hotel itself is clean, we have a large room with a balcony. The staff was amazing, and always helpful. As we traveled with our 2-year-old, he was always welcomed.

The hotel and facilities were very clean and comfortable. The pool area was a lovely, with lots of sun beds and warm showers. A nice selection for breakfast both hot and cold, could be busy before 8am so go down a little later to miss the rush. Antonella and Cinzia on reception were extremely helpful, advising us on the local area and transport options, which was a great help. The waitresses at breakfast, housekeepers and Clara at the pool bar were all so friendly and helpful. All the team at the hotel were professional and nothing was ever too much trouble. The perfect place for a relaxing break.

We were a little disappointed with the location, as the transport links into Naples were not within walking distance. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to the local train station or local taxis. Nowhere really to walk to in the evenings. But the hotel more than made up for these issues

The cleanliness of the hotel and daily cleaning of the room. One staff member was exceptional, rest was ok. If you ask, they will help (that said, you shouldn't have to ask for some stuff). The pool area, getting rest and relax there. Hotel is a short walk from the beach (walking is stressful though with no real curbs or crosswalks combined with "assertive" drivers), with really cool beach spots. Great restaurant right next door and handy everything store below hotel.

Sleeping is impossible. Stayed Tuesday to Saturday and every night there was loud music until 1:00-2:00h. Then in the morning the cleaning staff starts early having loud conversations in the hall and the work phone blasting the calling sound, ringing for quite a while. This unfortunately happened every morning, except Sunday. The bed is large but soft (we are not heavy people), so you will sink in and wake up because of discomfort or getting hot. The AC doesn't have a night/silent mode, so that adds to earlier noise. Turn the AC off and the room gets hot quick. Had quite some quality issues with the room. Door was clearly broken. One lamp wasn't working. Loose hanging parts of doors, fineer coming off, bathroom parts falling apart, etc. No shower curtain or door so after showering the bathroom floor is completely wet and slippery. The toilet paper wasn't refilled, so we had to get our own, then still didn't get refilled later. There's also very little space to store clothing and we got 3 hangers to share between the 2 of us. No hooks either to hang stuff besides two hooks for our bath towels. Breakfast was very meh. Had some fruit later in the week, but it's missing healthy options. We don't like white bread or sugary/pastries as breakfast. The prepared warm eggs, sausage, bacon seemed reheated or yesterdays every day, so we only dared once. Also, we constantly had to ask for what we needed (like a bowl or plate) or point to someting that was empty, even though there was more staff than people eating. Price for this is too high. I would say this is more like a 3 stars, but rating system might be different in Italy.
