Only staffs and location
Not a 5 star at all, rather a 3 Star, Max! I choose this hotel due to the Star "rating"!!! in my 52-years' life I have staying many hotels and resorts, but this was total crap.
I paid for Breakfast which was not buffet, rather a very limited selected items. On the website nothing mentioned - if it's selcted (very limited choice) or buffet!
Room was ok, cold, noisy.
The entrance of the hotel was a total mess, like they just put a table and a person, That's it. No proper reception.
Minibar's items were super expensive. Room was not cleaned at all during our entire stay, explained to be cleaned only by "order" due to "Environmental" reasons!!! Total crap.
Bathroom was not satisfying, it was very difficult to take shower. My wife went to use the SPA, she got reply it's closed!!! But highlighted in the website!!
Everything very old, needs total, I mean complete renovations.
Best of this hotel was nice poeple and good location, nothing else. Total disappoinment.
We are not coming back. Not recommended at all to others.

same as above, i think it is not worth it, iit shouldnt be rated as a 5 star hotel, quite diisappoiinted. staff also not helpful.

I have my habits there after so many years going there when in Paris
Nothing, feels like home!

The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The location is great as it is near the malls and bus stop. The metro is in walking distance.
The key is a bit traditional and not convenient compared with the card, and the key ring is a bit heavy.

Cosy room, nice and comfortable, very good surface for Paris accommodation, very well positioned hotel, nice design. Pricy, but that's Paris. Interesting elevator - no buttons to push, comes automatically :)
Staff could be better trained, they were very slow and hesitant. A bit more attention to cleaning would be recommendable.

Room was amazing. Well laid out. Great size and furnishings. Quiet. Very amenable location (for getting to Eiffel Tower, etc.)
Very minor issue, which I'm sure is temporary. Smart TV wasn't connected to the Internet. I wouldn't mention this were it not for the price of the stay. 😉

Worst propety i have been too - they are probably closing.
5 stars hotel with no restaurant , no minibar and most importantly after my check out where they cleared me of everything i was later informed that they kept my deposit of 150€ because they “THINK” i smoked cigarettes in the room while i smoke rolling tobacco so obviously some debris can fall - when i asked for any proof that i smoked , nothing not even cigaret butt.

Location was good and staff were polite and helpful
Our first room had a number of issues. Door handle fell off in my hand. Lights shorted when I plugged my phone in. Drinks in the door of the fridge feel out as soon as you opened the door. Safe had low battery. Reception staff responded quickly and upgraded us to another room. Offered to help with the move as we had unpacked.
The hotel restaurant was getting refurbished. They had same breakfast offering in the art gallery room. We have stayed here before so knew what to expect with the continental breakfast. Sadly, this breakfast was a poor relation to what we had our last visit. Slithers of “fresh” fruit stuck to the dish with a plastic tub of plain yogurt. No pastries. Bread dry. Butter hard. Inedible. Fresh baked cake was flat. Omelette and coffee was good though. Really not worth €25
Parking was a bonus but we had to wait for some minutes (15 on one occasion) for reception to open the garage door to let us in. It would be better for guests to have a fob that can open the garage to make coming and going easier and less time consuming.

Good location on the left bank close to the Eiffel Tower.
The rooms are a little dated. Only a bathtub in the room albeit with a shower nozzle.

The bathroom was incredible - everything was thick marble. The staff were very attentive.
The only breakfast they could offer was an express one as their restaurant has closed permanently.

I don’t understand how this is a 5 star hotel. It has a feel of an 80s built Teutonic prison. There was a very nice doorman when we arrived but the receptionist on the Thursday wasn’t at reception any time we were got there. We had to wait for her arrival several times and there was no one around to let us in at 11 pm. We gained access through the restaurant in the end. We thought there was no aircon. We found it on the second night hidden in the cupboard. It didn’t work. We had to open the windows which made it quite loud when the bin guys etc were doing their job. There were lots of other minor irritants. There were no teabags and the toilet floor wasn’t clean. To be fair, it is in a good location and there was a lovely lady on reception at check out. Having a Nespresso machine and a spa doesn’t make it a 5 star hotel. I’ve never left a review before but I felt it was necessary this time.

I definitely don't think the hotel is a 5 star hotel. My friends and I rented 3 separate rooms. Despite this, they offered us 300 euros for a deposit per room. I went to the door of the room and the door entrances were old key type door entrances. They also made the elevator with human sensors, when the guests wait in front of the elevator, the elevator doesn't go up or down. It's ridiculous that you made this with sensors as if everything in the hotel is so technological. The bathroom was already mediocre. You have to sit in the bathtub to take a shower, otherwise it's impossible to pour water over your head. Even if you did this, I'm sure all the water would spill out of the bathroom. I wanted to have some fun in the Parisian evenings. Although I returned to the hotel at 11 pm, the doors were locked. You have to ring the bell to open it. The man sleeping inside kept asking me my room number every day. There are 36 rooms in the hotel anyway, I rented 3 of them, you may prefer to remember a little. The hotel staff was already 5 people in total, the bellboy was collecting the last beds. I didn't understand why they tucked the blankets on the bed under the bed, it reminded me of my time in the military. The young people working at the reception don't know what to do, even when I wanted to check out they were in a mess. It's a hotel I will never choose again.

Hi, I’m don’t usually like to write bad reviews but when I feel I’m not heard or I’m getting a quality much less than promised than unfortunately I just communicate and review. I did try on several occasions to communicate my challenges privately with the team including Jestie and guilalame but failed. 1. If you’re selling a 5 star hotel you must have staff who can communicate with certain hospitality experience as clients who come for 5 stars expect a certain level of communication and attention to details. 2. Housekeeping when you choose to stay at a hotel you don’t expect to walk into the room and find the clothes all over and just the bed made - u expect a certain level of tidiness (1st two nights )- 3. When u ask the front desk that you need to communicate with the manager and they tell you they will communicate and when you ask back they say he is on a business trip and has nothing to tell you … it’s alarming !!!! / which manager has no time to talk to guests / even airbnb hosts talk to you if you need to. 4. Breakfast … you walk in as if they just woke up from the night before and one of the days they opened quite late and the next day they ran out of crossant at 8:30 am!!!! … the host at the breakfast room had to put on his jacket and go buy some from the supermarket !!!!! …. Last which I consider catastrophic! You ask for a bottle of water the reception say in a very rude way … that they only serve one bottle per stay and u must buy your water … where she can have easily said … Madame u can always refill your glass bottle form the sink water it’s safe ! Yet I have never stayed in a 4 or 5 star hotel where water was an issue … yet the way the staff said it killed everything hospitality objective I felt I was at a hospital .

Spacious rooms - got upgraded to a suite so had a large amount of space
Location isn’t ideal, you’re quite far out of it. This is definitely not a 5* hotel, more like a 3*. So quite annoying that you end up paying the tourist tax rates of a 5* hotel. Additionally, they held €150 PER NIGHT on my card which isn’t mentioned anywhere and it a bit excessive. To this hotel not being a 5* establishment, a lot of features aren’t well thought out. Lights auto time out quite quickly, leading me to walk into a desk on my way back from the bathroom. Room keys are irritating to deal with (physical key rather than a simple key card). Room had a damp smell and there was construction outside of my window that started at 6am everyday, + deliveries to the supermarket next door

Good location near the river Seine with nice walks nearby. We had a small baby with us who needed a travel cot (provided by the hotel) and the room size was perfect and generous for this. Staff were polite, courteous and helpful.
Good transport options nearby with approx 10 minute walk to the local metro station and the number 72 bus which traverses along the river seine connecting to places such as the champs elysees and the louvre.
