Being the first time in Tenerife I really appreciate the extra efforts of the front desk staff in helping me with personal matters like booking a marina place for my friend's yacht arriving from Gibralta and with where to shop and get things done. The two persons in particular are Soraya and Andrian who are truly helpful bith speak good English. THEY SHOULD BE COMMENDED.
The room was spacous but a little dated.

Very friendly and helpful dining room employees. Good breakfast selection. Very close to bus station, beach and cafes. Short distance to Costa Martinez. Current pictures on booking.com don't due it justice it's very modern looking these days. The roof top pool has great views. Small hob and microwave with utensils in room for cooking. Never seen a room with so many sockets and nice LED lighting too.
The WiFi was more miss than hit in my room. The fridge was very noisy at night but not as noisy as some of the guests on their stag/hen nights. (Ear plugs are essential.) The general neighbourhood is very busy and noisy. I requested a non smoking room but the previous guests mustn't have realised that 🤔 there's no air conditioning. The couch needs updating.
