This 13 year old home is on an established property with large trees and large outdoor area. Has BBQ, spacious living areas, trampoline and sandpit for kids. Only a stone throw from the park, playground/tennis courts.

Has outdoor dining for morning sun and backyard BBQ area for evening sun.
Special conditions:
The House has a resident Cat. She will make herself scarce. You will need to top up supplied cat biscuits once per day. NO DOGS or TODDLERS that will scare the cat please.

Lovely house, great location for access to the lakes. Unfortunately, not being able to use the drive was a disappointment. Some of the kitchenware could benefit from an upgrade. Would still stay again.
