The location was good - easy access from the train station; close to Metro stations to get to attractions; not to noisy Staff was helpful and kind - every interaction was professional; they helped me book the taxi to the airport.
The shower was a little difficult to use but we figured it out. The room is smaller than expected although understandable given Paris.

Friendly staff. Clean. Good bed and shower. Great location. Initially, we were worried about the pillows being too thin but the staff were happy to give us more pillows.
Where we were on the ground floor you could hear the restaurant across the street and it was tricky to sleep until quite late.

The area is very nice and safe, full of nice cafés and well connected. The room was very clean and with lift and air conditioning, the beds very comfy! We didn't have breakfast so we don't know about that.

The location was great, nice area close to a lot of cafes and restaurants. The metro was at walking distance
The bathroom didn’t have any place to put your things like a stand to put clothes or personal things
