Lovely hotel, in a perfect location. The facilities were just spot on and provided a really comfortable break. All finishes were perfect with some lovely touches in the room and in particular the bathroom. Staff were welcoming and knowledgeable about the local area which made us feel very at home.

Cedar manor was perfectly located for walking distance into Windermere and easy access to surrounding countryside. Our room Coniston was beautifully presented with stunning views of the fells, and was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was plentiful with a great variety of choice and excellently cooked. Jonathan and Caroline are the perfect hosts with lots of local knowledge and recommendations.
